CARNEGIE, PA - Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) held a town hall with around 40 constituents at the Chartiers Active Life Center in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. He was joined by Max Richtman, the President and CEO of the National Committee to Protect Social Security and Medicare.
The one-hour event covered a wide range of topics, including Social Security, healthcare, and more. The town hall gave constituents an opportunity to speak directly with their Congressman, as well as a chance for him to share updates on what is happening in Washington, and his work to protect and advance the interests of Western Pennsylvania through the Congress.
"My job is to fight for the good people of Western PA, and these days folks have a lot of questions about what's happening down in Washington," said Congressman Deluzio. "It was good to have an open conversation with seniors today in Carnegie and hear what's on their minds. I'm confident that we in Western Pennsylvania have the fight and determination to restore the American Dream, and conversations like the one today are an important part of that. No matter what, I won't stop fighting for us in Western Pennsylvania."
