Illegal Alien Sentenced For Unlawful Reentry

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA - The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that ALFONSO VALERAS, a/k/a Sebastian Nicolas Eusebio, a/k/a Nicolas Eusebio Sebastian, a/k/a Sebastian Eusebio Nicolas, a/k/a Sebastian Euseibo Nicolas, a/k/a Eusebio Nicolas-Nicolas, a/k/a Mariano Perez-Hernandez, a/k/a Eusebio Nicolas Sebastian, a/k/a of Eusebio Nicloas Sebastia, age 43, a Guatemalan national unlawfully present in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, was sentenced to time served for one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien.

The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the Sallisaw Police Department.

On August 12, 2026, Valeras pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on July 1, 2026, Valeras, an alien, was found in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on February 10, 2006, January 31, 2009, September 10, 2010, and August 12, 2015.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.
The Honorable Ronald A. White, Senior Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, presided over the hearing.
