Seefried and Clarion Partners Join Forces For PPG Industries Development
Seefried Properties, Inc., in joint venture with Clarion Partners, is developing for PPG Industries (NYSE: PPG) a 285,600 square-foot distribution facility located in SouthPark, in the city of Fairburn, GA. PPG, a global supplier of paints, coatings, optical products, chemicals, glass and fiber glass, will use the building for the distribution of paint products.
The project, represented by the Jones Lang LaSalle brokerage team of Trevor Ragsdale, Paul Roeser and Alan Clayton, will be completed in December 2012.
