MONDAY, July 21

TUESDAY, July 22
8:30 a.m. - Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

1. For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b). Purpose: Terms and conditions and development improvement agreements and financial assurance.

10:00 a.m. - Business Agenda Meeting
The Board will consider:

1. Approval of County Cash Requirements July 3, 2025 through July 11, 2025
2. Approval of an electronic recording technology board grant application for an indexing project
3. Approval of a Special Event Permit for Fun Run Running, LLC for event to be held on August 17, 2025
4. Approval of Notice to Clerk of Intent to Participate in November 2025 Coordinated Election
5. Approval of a letter of support for the City of Durango's application to the Colorado Department of Transportation for FTA 5311 and FTA 5310 funding
6. Approval of the allocation of Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (SRS) Title I funds for local school districts
7. Approval of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Closed Bayfield Landfill Remediation Grant Cycle #3 RFA 40653324
8. Approval of Policy No. IV.14 - Reduction in Force

The Board will meet as the Marijuana Licensing Authority to consider:

1. Consideration of the transfer of two marijuana licenses to Nebo Financial Capital, LLC from Kinfolk Farms, LLC

The Commissioners will meet with staff in the Board Room to discuss various issues.

1:30 p.m. - Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

1. Personnel matters pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(f).
   Purpose: Selection of County Manager.

6:00 p.m. - "On The Road" Meeting at Pine River Library
The Board and county staff will go "On the Road" to meet with county residents for an informational meeting and to hear from residents on issues important to them. The meeting will be held at the Pine River Library, located at 395 Bayfield Center Drive, in Bayfield.

THURSDAY, July 24
11:30 a.m. - CCAT July Interim Policy Meeting
The Board will attend the virtual Counties and Commissioners Acting Together (CCAT) July Interim Policy Meeting.

4:00 p.m. - Community Office Hours with Commissioner Elizabeth Philbrick
County residents are encouraged to stop by for an informal chat with Commissioner Elizabeth Philbrick at the Breen Community Building, located 15300 Highway 140 in Hesperus, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

FRIDAY, July 25
9:00 a.m. - CCI Proposed Issues
Members of Colorado Counties Inc. (CCI) will hold an initial virtual discussion on the proposals for 2026 CCI Legislative Priorities.
