Secretary-General of ASEAN to Participate in the Cambodia-ASEAN Business Summit 2026 in the Kingdom of Cambodia

At the invitation of Neak Oknha Kith Meng, President of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Chair of ASEAN Business Advisory Council Cambodia, Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn will lead the ASEAN Secretariat's delegation to participate in the Cambodia-ASEAN Business Summit 2026 (CABS 2026) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on 03-04 March 2026. Held under the theme "Transforming ASEAN: Innovation, Integration, and Industrial Evolution," the Summit reflects ASEAN's strong commitment to fostering innovation-driven growth and strengthening ASEAN's collective competitiveness in the global economy.

On the margins of the Business Summit, Dr. Kao is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with a number of high-ranking officials from the Royal Government of Cambodia alongside his engagements with the business community, to reaffirm ASEAN's commitment to regional economic cooperation and to advance ASEAN's priorities with Cambodia and other ASEAN Member States that would include, but not limited to, forging closer cooperation and integration, enhancing more trade, investment, connectivity, tourism and inclusive growth.
