The Department of Health and Human Services Aug. 14 released a request for comments through the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT on a proposed three-year generic clearance to collect routine customer feedback on service delivery and performance related to the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement. TEFCA is a nationwide network for health information sharing established by ONC to fulfill mandates under the 21st Century Cures Act. HHS said data collection under the clearance would be used to standardize monitoring and performance reports for TEFCA participants.
