Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce that three attorneys have been selected to participate in the 2026 LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders programs. Jennifer Hall (Commercial Real Estate) will take part in the LCLD Fellows program, while Mary Kate Gladstone (Commercial Litigation) and Tammey Khan (Labor & Employment) will represent the firm as participants in the Pathfinders program.
The LCLD Fellows program is designed for high-potential, mid-career attorneys and focuses on leadership development, relationship building, and long-term career growth. Fellows gain access to leadership training, mentorship opportunities, and a national network of LCLD members, including managing partners and general counsel. The LCLD Pathfinders program supports high-potential, early-career attorneys by providing structured guidance from career development professionals and legal leaders, along with tools to strengthen leadership skills and professional networks.
These year-long nationally recognized professional development programs are designed to offer exceptional training, mentorship, and networking opportunities for rising leaders within the legal profession from all backgrounds. LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders are selected based on their demonstrated commitment to excellence, meaningful contributions to client service and firm initiatives, and ongoing dedication to professional growth and mentorship.
