Resuming Electronic Service of Court-Issued Sealed Documents
Effective immediately and in accordance with Standing Order 25-4, the clerk's office will return to using encrypted email to serve court-issued sealed documents to all parties registered with PACER. Any questions about the filing of and access to sealed documents should be directed to the clerk's office at (913) 735-2200 or [email protected].
