Candidates for ARIN Elections

ARIN Elections will be held online from 3:00 PM ET on Thursday, 22 October, through 7:00 PM ET on Friday, 30 October.

These elections will fill three seats on the Board of Trustees and five seats on the Advisory Council. This year, following the process schedule, the ARIN Board of Trustees will appoint a nominee to the open seat on the Number Resource Organization Number Council (NRO NC).

All terms begin on 1 January 2027.

ARIN Board of Trustees Candidates:

  • Dan Alexander, Qualified
  • Kevin Blumberg, Qualified
  • Catherine Middleton, Qualified and Additional Recommended Skills
  • Tina Morris, Qualified and Additional Recommended Skills

Note: Celina Caesar-Chavannes and Mark Mahabir have withdrawn as candidates for the Board of Trustees.

  • Follow ARIN on Instagram for updates throughout the election period, including information about the candidates and reminders of upcoming deadlines.

Key Election Dates and Events

  • Virtual Candidate Forum (Board of Trustees): Thursday, 8 October, at 2:00 PM ET. Registration for this event will officially open on 10 September, or you may view the livestream on ARIN's YouTube channel at the scheduled time.
  • Candidate Speeches: All Board and Advisory Council candidates have been invited to present themselves to the community via a brief, pre-recorded speech. These videos will be published on ARIN's YouTube channel in mid-October.
  • ARIN 58 Introduction: A brief video introduction of the candidates will be featured during the ARIN 58 Public Policy and Members Meeting, taking place 22-23 October.
