Kirkland Advises Blue Owl Capital on its Acquisition of IPI Partners Business
Kirkland & Ellis represented Blue Owl Capital Inc., a leading alternative asset manager, on the acquisition of the business of digital infrastructure fund manager IPI Partners, LLC. The transaction was previously announced in October 2024. The completion of the acquisition of IPI's business further enhances Blue Owl's digital infrastructure strategy as part of the firm's Real Estate platform.
