In riferimento alla presunta dichiarazione diffusa via social da un iscritto del Comitato per il No in cui il Ministro Carlo Nordio, intervistato da Tiziana Panella a La7, avrebbe affermato che i giudici passeranno "sotto il controllo del governo", si specifica che si tratta di una fake news, oltre a essere un esempio di virulenza su Facebook. Il Guardasigilli non ha ovviamente mai pronunciato quella frase, come peraltro si evince dallo sbobinato della trasmissione e dalla smentita della stessa giornalista.
