Newmark Named Exclusive Leasing Agent for 360 Hamilton Avenue, a Trophy Office Tower in White Plains, NY

Newmark announces the Company has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 360 Hamilton Avenue, a Class A office tower located in White Plains, New York. The assignment will be led by Newmark Executive Managing Directors Greg Frisoli, Brian Carcaterra, Glenn Walsh and Brian Lee and Senior Managing Director Larry Ruggieri, on behalf new ownership, TKF Burnside Real Estate Partners ̶ a joint venture formed by former Brookfield C-suite executives Ric Clark and Dennis Friedrich.

Ownership is planning a capital improvement program focused on upgrading common areas, enhancing tenant amenities and delivering modernized community space, both indoors and outdoors, for programming and events.
