Origin Bank Welcomes Jami Searle to Fort Walton Beach Commercial Banking Team

Origin Bank announced today it has hired Jami Searle as Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Banker III. Searle joins the team at Origin's Fort Walton Beach location.

Searle has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in financial analysis, real estate lending, working capital lines, equipment financing, as well as managing financing for construction projects and real estate developments. She has worked closely with businesses to understand their cash flow, capital funding and money movement needs, helping them identify financing solutions that support daily operations and long-term growth. In her new role, she will continue to partner with customers to identify and support their financial needs, connecting them with the products and resources best suited to help them achieve their business's financial goals.

Searle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Finance and Management from Tabor College. She also completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida, where she received the Dr. C. Arnold Matthews Honor Graduate Award.

A resident of Fort Walton Beach, Searle and her husband have two children, Kellen and Kate. She is active in the community, supporting Community Solutions of the Emerald Coast as a Board Member and Co-Treasurer, Impact 100 Northwest Florida as Co-Treasurer, and Trinity United Methodist Church as a member of various committees and substitute accompanist.
