Gov. Rhoden Signs Richmond Lake Dam Bill

PIERRE, S.D. - Today, Governor Larry Rhoden signed SB 121, which transfers moneys and makes an appropriation for the replacement of the Richmond Lake dam and spillway.

"Investing in reliable infrastructure is essential to keeping our communities strong, safe, and free," said Governor Larry Rhoden. "I'm proud to sign this bill to protect the Aberdeen community and ensure the Richmond Lake dam continues to serve South Dakotans for generations to come."

Governor Rhoden has signed 240 bills into law and vetoed two this legislative session.
