Application forms can be found on the City Secretary's page at GarlandTX.gov. They can be submitted to the City Secretary's Office, by email to CitySecretary@GarlandTX.gov or sent by U.S. Postal Service to City of Garland, City Secretary's Office, P.O. Box 469002, Garland, TX 75046-9002.

Residents who serve on Garland's 13 plus Boards & Commissions serve in an advisory or quasi-judicial capacity, providing information directly to the Garland City Council. From planning and development to multicultural events, Boards & Commissions members advise on a range of City services. The City will accept applications for its Boards & Commissions through Tuesday, July 1.
