New grant tuition payment request form and process

Starting Monday, May 18, a new grant tuition payment request form and process will replace the current student grant support form.

To request that student tuition, continuous enrollment or associated Graduate School fees be paid from a grant for the summer term, complete the new form on the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs website. All requests must be submitted through this process; emailed PDF forms will no longer be accepted. Forms for the fall semester will be accepted beginning July 6.

The updated process engages students to confirm registered credits, improving accuracy and providing greater transparency for all parties. Questions can be directed to [email protected]. Additional information, including FAQ, is available on the website.

This change is supported by National Science Foundation award 2426787 as part of the MU POST initiative, which is focused on creating more efficient, scalable post-award processes. The initiative is enhancing systems across key areas, including budgeting, hiring, purchasing, reporting and closeout, and subawards, to support timely transactions - even during high-volume periods.
