Support for Everyday Health Needs

Pharmacist services vary by state, but in many locations, customers can receive care for common conditions such flu, strep, COVID-19, urinary tract infections, cold sores and nicotine cessation support, along with other eligible acute conditions based on state regulations.

These are real, everyday health needs, and our pharmacists are not just providers, they are accessible health partners in the communities we serve.

A Smarter, Simpler Way to Pay

We're also making it easier to navigate the cost of care. With our new medical billing platform, pharmacies can attempt to bill all insurance plans, including those that are out of network.

If a service isn't covered, our pharmacies follow up afterward to help customers understand their options, rather than requiring upfront payment when coverage may apply. This approach removes friction and uncertainty, creating a more consistent and transparent experience from start to finish.
