Procter & Gamble Closes $1.25B Offering of Two Tranches of Notes

Fried Frank advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, as lead underwriters, in The Procter & Gamble Company's (Procter & Gamble) $1.25 billion offering of two tranches of notes: $750 million of 4.100% notes due November 3, 2032, and $500 million of 4.350% notes due November 3, 2035. The company intends to use the proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes.

Procter & Gamble is a global provider of consumer-packaged goods and owns many of the world's leading household brands including Bounty, Charmin, Crest, Gillette, Oral-B, Pampers, Tide and Vicks, among others.
