Stormwater Diversion Channel Crossing Lane Closures
FARGO, N.D. - Single-lane closures are planned for road crossings over the stormwater diversion channel this week. These closures will start on Thursday, October 22, 2026, and extend through Tuesday, October 27, 2026. These dates are dependent on weather conditions and may change.
The crossings affected include CR 16/17 and 52nd Avenue. The lane closures are necessary for crews to perform curb and gutter work.
Flaggers will be in place to coordinate traffic through the closures. Delays are expected as traffic will come to a stop to navigate through the lane closure. The public is asked to allow extra time and remain alert to changing conditions when driving through this construction zone.
