Axial Fans International Has Agreed to be Acquired by White Bridge Investments

William Blair acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Axial Fans International (AFI) in connection with its pending sale to White Bridge Investments. The transaction signed on June 23, 2026, and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
