The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry is now accepting nominations for the Gov. Stitt's 2026 Outstanding Achievement in Agriculture Award.
The winner will be inducted into the Oklahoma Agriculture Hall of Fame, which is the state's most prestigious agriculture award honoring distinguished Oklahoma agriculture producers. The Governor's Outstanding Achievement in Agriculture award honors leaders in the agriculture industry who exemplify personal values, performance and achievement.
The 2025 winner was John H. Pfeiffer Jr., a fourth-generation Oklahoma farmer and rancher who has ensured Oklahoma ranchers are at the forefront of the global beef industry through his advocacy and leadership. Pfeiffer Jr. became the 28th inductee into the Oklahoma Agriculture Hall of Fame.
