(the "Company") of her decision to resign as Chief Legal Officer, Head of Corporate Affairs, and Corporate Secretary of the Company effective June 30, 2026. Ms. Schulman's resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Ms. Schulman for her contributions and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
