LONGVIEW, TX (October 6, 2026) - Pape-Dawson is pleased to announce the promotion of Lanny Buck, P.E., to Senior Vice President. Based in the firm's Longview office, Lanny brings 37 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, municipal infrastructure, and client service to this key leadership role.
Lanny began his career with KSA in 1989 after graduating from Texas Tech University and has spent his entire professional career with the firm. KSA joined Pape-Dawson in 2024, bringing decades of municipal and aviation expertise to the growing firm.
Over the course of his career, Lanny has worked alongside more than 45 municipalities on a wide range of infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater systems, streets, bridges, drainage improvements, and pedestrian walkways. He has built strong working knowledge of local, state, and federal funding programs and regulatory agencies, helping drive projects forward and bringing added value to clients and teams.
Lanny's understanding of municipal priorities and focus on establishing long-term client relationships have contributed to the continued growth of Pape-Dawson's public-sector practice.
