Application Window Oct. 5 to 16, 2026
The City of Dallas Home Improvement and Preservation Program (HIPP) provides eligible low- and moderate-income homeowners with access to a forgivable loan of up to $24,000 for qualifying home repairs. Informational meetings will be held throughout Dallas through October 1, 2026, and the application window will be open October 5-16, 2026.
Spanish translation will be available at each informational meeting. Additional program and contact information is included in the attached flyer.

El Programa de Mejoras y Preservación del Hogar (HIPP, por sus siglas en inglés) de la Ciudad de Dallas ofrece a propietarios de viviendas con ingresos bajos y moderados acceso a un préstamo condonable de hasta $24,000 para reparaciones que cumplan con los requisitos. Se llevarán a cabo reuniones informativas en toda la ciudad hasta el 1 de octubre de 2026, y el período de solicitud estará abierto del 5 al 16 de octubre de 2026.
