Northrop Grumman Strengthens Polish Industrial Cooperation

KIELCE, Poland - Sept. 4, 2025 - Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) and Wojskowe Zak łady Lotnicze No. 2 S.A. (WZL2) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during Poland's international defense industry exhibition, MSPO. This cooperation underscores the necessity of allied industrial collaboration to deliver sovereign defense capabilities.

• The MOU provides the ability to explore opportunities to enhance Poland's national defense capabilities with the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye through NATO interoperability and collaboration between the organizations.

• Northrop Grumman's E-2D Advanced Hawkeye is the world's premier airborne command and control aircraft. Highly effective over land and sea with a battle proven legacy, there are 70 E-2Ds supporting global operations today, making the Advanced Hawkeye the largest allied airborne command and control community.

• The MOU framework allows for consideration of expanding the collaboration to further support Poland's sovereign defense capabilities and capacities through workforce development, knowledge transfer and additional, future opportunities that will improve long-term defense readiness.
