Executive Order on perpetuating scientist Igor Gorynin’s memory and celebrating his centenary

While noting the outstanding contribution by Igor Gorynin, a Russian scientist, to the scientific advancement in Russia and around the world, including by creating of unique construction materials and technologies for Arctic exploration, and in the context of the centenary of his birth in 2026, the Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to establish an organising committee to perpetuate the scientist's memory, prepare and hold anniversary celebrations as well as draft and endorse a plan of major events.

Federal and regional government agencies of the Russian Federation, as well as the relevant research and educational institutions have been advised to contribute to preparing and holding events for perpetuating Igor Gorynin's memory and celebrating his centenary.
