The Department of Housing & Community Development is pleased to highlight two events coming up in November. First on November 14th our long-time partner Builders of Hope CDC is releasing their Anti-Displacement Toolkit, and then on November 21st, the newly organized Dallas Housing Coalition is hosting their first Housing Summit. Information on both events is below.

Builders of Hope CDC and project partners have been on a journey researching the history and drivers of gentrification/neighborhood change and best practices and policies to address neighborhood displacement of vulnerable residents in Dallas.
