Northbound U.S. Route 59 in Andrew County now open…
St. Joseph, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Transportation has reopened northbound U.S. Route 59 from Route DD to County Line Road just north of St. Joseph today, Monday, Feb. 23, following water main repairs.
