Provide input into spaces at the Downtown Library!

The Rock Island Public Library is working with Cordogan, Clark & Associates on a master planning study for spaces at the Rock Island Downtown Library, and you can help by adding your input.

Planners from Cordogan, Clark & Associates are seeking public input for a master planning study aimed at future improvements to interior and exterior spaces at the Rock Island Downtown Library, and you can help by adding your input.

Join us at a public input session from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 21 at the Rock Island Downtown Library Community Room, 401 19th Street.

Cordogan Clark planners will gather community input about public priorities and preferences through interactive floor plan activities, quick in-person polls, and small group discussions. Refreshments will be served. The event is free and should last about an hour. The input session is free and open to anyone.

Cordogan, Clark & Associates is a full service architectural, planning, engineering, and construction firm with expertise in academic, commercial, institutional and residential projects. The master plan study is funded by a generous grant from the Doris & Victor Day Foundation. The goal is to create a long-term plan for improving interior and exterior spaces over time at the Downtown Library.

Library events are free and open to all. For more information about library events and services, visit the library website, call 309-732-7323 (READ,) or follow library social media pages.
