CyrusOne Hires Legal Expert Alanna Hasek as Vice President, Legal – European General

CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator specializing in state-of-the-art infrastructure solutions, has announced the appointment of Alanna Hasek as Vice President, Legal - European General Counsel. In this role, Alanna will be responsible for providing commercially focused legal advice on business strategy, strategic development and implementation, including legal assessments, solutions-oriented risk mitigation strategies and messaging to support the company's growth across the continent in alignment with the company's global strategy.

Alanna joins CyrusOne from DLA Piper, where she was a Partner, specializing in real estate with particular focus on investment acquisitions and disposals, developments, financings, joint ventures and corporate structured real estate work. She has a particular specialism in data center transactions having co-led the Global Data Centre practice and acted for both private equity sponsors and operators in the sector. Alanna has gained industry recognition for her work, having been recognized as a Future Leader of the Real Estate industry by Estates Gazette and sitting on the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) European Data Center Council.
