Upcoming Water Survey: Help Keep Warrenville's Drinking Water Safe
The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) requires every public water supplier to run a Cross Connection Control Program to prevent contamination of drinking water. This program helps eliminate existing cross connections and protect against future ones.
As part of this effort, in January 2026, Aqua Backflow will mail residents a short survey. It takes only a few moments to respond, and there is no cost to you.
Please visit TrackMyBackflow.com within 30 days of receiving the postcard. Click on Water Use Survey. Enter your Site ID # and complete the survey.
If you have any questions, or are unable to complete the survey online, please contact Aqua Backflow at: (847) 742-2296 or email the company at: [email protected].
