INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED: GARRETT T. BARD Age: 31 Whitehall, New York
INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Garrett T. Bard (31) of Whitehall for Burglary in the 3rd Degree, a class D Felony and Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor, as a result of an investigation into a Burglary to a building on Broadway in the Village of Whitehall.
Bard was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment and was released to appear in the Village of Whitehall Court at a later time.
The investigation is ongoing and other arrests are likely. Anyone with information of Bard or this incident is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office, Investigation Division.
