OTCC Proposed Rule - OPEN for Public Comment Period

The OTCC is notifying the public that a comment period is open for review of the DRAFT Rule on " OTC Member State Default, Non-Compliance, and Dispute Resolution " .

You are invited to review the OTCC's Proposed Draft Rule a nd submit your comments during the public comment period by taking these actionable steps:

The public comment period will OPEN on February 12, 2026 , and CLOSE on March 13, 2026. Comments must be received NO LATER than 4:00 P.M. (CST) on March 13, 2026 , to be considered by the OTCC.
