The suspect is described as a white male in his late thirties to early forties with a neck tattoo. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect shown in the photos. The suspect was captured in video on November 18, 2024, shortly after 3:00 a.m., and again on January 7, 2025, at midnight in the Denver Metro area.
