Santa Ana, Calif. (November 15, 2025) - Effective Saturday, November 15 at 10 pm, all evacuation warnings have been lifted for Trabuco Creek, Bell Canyon and Hot Springs Canyon.
To report storm-related issues with a County road or flood control channel, call the Orange County Public Works Storm Center 714-955-0200 during standard business hours and 714-955-0333 during flash flood events and emergencies when OC Public Works' Department Operations Center is activated.

All road closures have been lifted.
In coordination with the Orange County Social Services Agency and Orange County Public Libraries, the American Red Cross will close the congregate (dormitory-style) shelter at the Foothill Ranch Library Program Annex for evacuated Canyon residents on Saturday, November 15 at 7 pm. After closure, the shelter will remain operational via phone assistance at 855-891-7325for residents needing support until 10 pm.
