Street Resurfacing Work - May 11 to May 17

PHILADELPHIA - The Streets Department will conduct street resurfacing work next week, May 11 to May 17, on the following streets:

This work will happen in four phases: Milling, Utility Adjustments, Resurfacing, and Line Striping. Phase one, crews milling the roadway will remove the old asphalt surface. Phase two, additional prep work such as adjustments to utility access and manhole covers is conducted. Phase three, paving crews will resurface the street. Phase four, line striping crews will paint stop bars, crosswalks, and other lines as designed.

These four phases are completed by different crews on different days. Please pay attention to posted signage for updates on when work will occur and parking will be restricted. If your vehicle is relocated, check nearby streets or contact your local police district. A map of police districts can be found online at: https://www.phillypolice.com/district
