Texas Stock Exchange Celebrates Move of Energy Transfer Partnership’s Primary Listings

Energy Transfer, Sunoco, SunocoCorp, and USA Compression represent nearly $100 billion in market capitalization coming to TXSE on first day of primary listings.

DALLAS, October 5, 2026 - The Texas Stock Exchange held a market open bell ringing ceremony today celebrating the move of the full Energy Transfer Partnership's primary listings to TXSE. The four publicly traded entities - Energy Transfer LP (TXSE: ET), Sunoco LP (TXSE: SUN), SunocoCorp LLC (TXSE: SUNC) and USA Compression Partners LP (TXSE: USAC) - have a combined market capitalization of nearly $100 billion and are the first corporate primary listings on the Texas Stock Exchange. Watch the bell ceremony HERE.

"This is a monumental moment for our capital markets, not just in Texas but nationally. The movement of primary listings out of New York and into Texas is underway," said James H Lee, Chairman and CEO of the Texas Stock Exchange. "It is only fitting that Energy Transfer - the epitome of our country's pioneering spirit - is writing this chapter on TXSE."

Energy Transfer was founded 30 years ago by Kelcy Warren and Ray Davis with just 20 employees and operated 200 miles of pipeline in East Texas. Today the company is ranked No. 53 on the Fortune 500, and its 12,000 employees operate over 140,000 miles of pipeline in 44 states.

"Texas is unquestionably the premier destination to headquarter, to domicile, and to place your primary listings," said Tom Long, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Energy Transfer. "It was clear TXSE was the right choice to position the Partnership for the future - for our unit holders, customers, and employees."
