Overnight lane closures on I-470 in Lee's Summit for bridge maintenance, T…
JACKSON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct overnight double lane closures on I-470 from Douglas to Main St. in Lee's Summit for bridge maintenance operations beginning on Thurs., Oct. 16 (TONIGHT) until Thurs., Oct. 23. Work will take place between approx. 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
