Willkie advised Crescentia Capital and its portfolio company Terra Nova Solutions, a provider of hazardous and non-hazardous waste solutions, on the sale of Terra Nova to Clean Harbors, Inc. (NYSE: CLH), the leading provider of environmental and industrial services throughout North America.

Crescentia Capital is the equity buyout business of Calvert Street Investment Partners.
