PPB Major Crash Team Responding To A Two-Motorcycle Crash

The Portland Police Bureau's Major Crash Team is responding the Northwest Portland to investigate a crash involving two motorcycles.

On Friday, July 24, 2026, at 11:14 p.m., officers from the North Precinct responded to reports of a crash involving two motorcycles on Northwest St. Helens Road and Northwest Front Avenue. Officers arrived and found both drivers down. Paramedics arrived at the scene and transported both to an area hospital. Both drivers are in critical condition; one with life-threatening injuries.

The Portland Police Bureau Major Crash Team is responding to investigate. During the investigation, Northwest St. Helens Road will be closed between Northwest Front Avenue to Northwest Balboa Avenue.
