Festival of Lights and Tree Lighting Ceremony at Waryas Park
The City of Poughkeepsie warmly invites you and your family to join us for this year's Festival of Lights and Tree Lighting Ceremony at Waryas Park. Enjoy a festive evening with music, roasted marshmallows, hot chocolate, apple cider, popcorn for the kids, and special visits from Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus. The night will include a lighting of the tree and a beautiful fireworks display.
Our Department of Public Works, has been preparing since September to make sure the City is ready for the Festival of Lights this coming Friday.
This celebration is a chance to come together, enjoy each other's company, and celebrate the strength and warmth of our community. We can't wait to share this special evening with you and your family.
