There have been cases in which customers have had their information stolen after being led to malicious websites that appear to belong to securities companies (phishing sites) through media such as email and inputting their login IDs, passwords, or other information.
We ask that investors check the warnings about phishing, malware, and other scams that are published on securities companies' websites, and if there is anything suspicious, please contact the securities company's help desk or other point of contact.
Please check the warnings provided by the Japan Securities Dealers Association about things to look out for when using securities companies' online trading services.
