LNC Partners Exits its Investment in Smart Care Equipment Solutions
LNC Partners exited its investment in Smart Care Equipment Solutions, a leading provider of commercial kitchen equipment maintenance services, pursuant to its sale to Zone Climate Services, a provider of mission-critical refrigeration and HVAC services, backed by Wind Point Partners. LNC provided debt and equity investment alongside Oaktree Capital in support of Audax Private Equity's purchase of Smart Care in November 2017.
