Inclement Weather Update

Governor Kemp has issued a directive to state agencies in Atlanta, among others, closing their offices on Friday, January 10, 2025 due to the incoming winter storm expected to impact North Georgia on that date.

Accordingly, the regular monthly meeting of the Georgia Board of Dentistry, scheduled for January 10, will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.

As a result of moving this meeting from in-person to virtual, in order to ensure an appropriate opportunity for public participation, the Public Rule Hearing scheduled for this meeting has been postponed to the February 7, 2025 meeting. An updated hearing notice will be sent out and posted in the coming days.
