Marion County Utilities is rescinding the boil water notice for the Marion Oaks - Communities
For homes and businesses located in or on: SW 39th Court Road (42 addresses)

4211, 4231, 4239, 4243, 4251, 4252, 4263, 4270, 4281, 4288 SW 145th Place Road;
4090 SW 143rd Lane Road
The "precautionary boil water notice" from: 3/16/2026 is hereby rescinded following the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is safe to drink.
