Secretary-General of ASEAN engages in dialogue with students of the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, Germany
Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 17 February 2026, participated in a Dialogue hosted by the Hertie School Governance, The University of Governance in Berlin, in collaboration with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), as part of his working visit to Germany. Under the theme "Geopolitics and ASEAN's Role in a Multipolar World," SG Dr. Kao highlighted key challenges and opportunities facing ASEAN as a region and engaged in an open discussion on current geopolitical developments.
