The Riverside Company, a global investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has sold YumEarth to ACON Investments. YumEarth is a leading clean, organic, allergen-free candy company that sells gummies, lollipops, fruit snacks, candy drops and other candy products.

Working with Schlachet, Peyrat and Shea on the deal for Riverside were Assistant Vice President Tom Hillebrecht, Associate Nikolai Kassogue and Operating Partner Mark Eblin.
