Resident's Guide to HOA Classes: The ABCs of Enforcement for HOAs and Condos

The City of Mesa community engagement team is hosting a series of free Residents Guide to HOA classes to help residents better understand and navigate homeowners association (HOA) and condominium regulations. The next class, The ABCs of Enforcement for HOAs and Condos, will be held Tuesday, July 15, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. as a live online webinar.

The 60-minute class will teach attendees how to tackle a variety of community issues, including dealing with violations, fines, lawsuits, rental concerns, parking challenges and situations where owners might hesitate to pay assessments. Registration is available online at mesaaz.gov/neighbor.

These monthly, hour-long webinars are free and open to the public. Future Residents Guide to HOA classes will be held on Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Upcoming classes include:

Aug. 19 Mastering HOA/Condo Finances

Sept. 16 2025 Legislative Update, Insurance Challenges and Community Safety

Oct. 21 Navigating Assessments and Large Capital Improvement Projects
