BSE Board of Directors adopted the following decision at a session held under Record of Proceedings No. 61 of 15 September 2026:
With reference to an application submitted under Art. 22 (3) of Part III - Listing Rules and on the grounds of Art. 35 (8) thereof, the BSE Board of Directors amends the parameters of an issue of bonds admitted to trading on the Bonds Segment of the BSE Main Market as follows:

- Annual interest rate within the extended period: 4.10% p.a.

* The right to interest payment shall be entitled to all bondholders registered as such not later than four (4) business days before the payment date, respectively, four (4) business days before the date of the final interest and amortisation payment that coincides with the issue's maturity date.
