Kirkland Advises Falfurrias on its Single-Asset Continuation Fund Led by Leonard Green

Kirkland & Ellis represented Falfurrias Capital Partners on the completion of a single-asset continuation fund to acquire existing interests held by Falfurrias Capital Partners IV, L.P. in Crosslake Technologies, LLC, a global advisory firm providing technology due diligence and value creation services for private equity investors and their portfolio companies. The transaction provides liquidity to certain existing investors while allowing the company's management team to continue executing on strategic growth initiatives. The transaction also includes meaningful additional capital to support future strategic acquisitions and continued investment in the platform.
